The first day of Novas Fronteiras em Medicina Cardiovascular is over and it was a long but very fruitful and exciting day. We started with a session dedicated and organized by our fantastic nursing team followed by another great session focusing on the work of our cardiopneumologists. Both sessions were a great tribute to multidisciplinary team work Then we had the opening ceremony, followed by a session on heart failure and two fantastic conferences, respectively by Prof Jeroen Bax and Prof Athena Poppas. The day ended with a great discussion around pulmonary hypertension. What a day. Tomorrow weβll have a lot more.
