Just coming from Stockholm where I had the privilege to participate in the FOKUS Patient Future Days. #FokusDays2026, led by Penilla Gunther, an incredible patient advocate. Excellent opportunity to discuss several topics around #NCDs and how to improve cross collaboration in order to improve implementation of health plans across Europe in #CVD#cancer#brainhealth#diabetes I had the chance to present and discuss the Safe Hearts Plan for Europe.
