The Spring Summit of the European Society of Cardiology is the yearly moment where the big ESC family gets together. As Past President of this wonderful organization I always feel very proud of all the achievements over the years. As always, several topics are discussed, including, this year, obesity, ageing, artificial intelligence, environmental hazards and, of course, the European “Safe hearts plan” where ESC was instrumental. In the evening we got together in the fabulous Negresco, where we all had the chance to meet each other and enjoy a wonderful dinner. Long life to ESC!!
